NMDA is providing member lineages to assist prospective members in submitting their Lineal Application Papers.  The following lineages have been documented and verified by the NMDA Registrar.  Therefore if your ancestry connects to any of the provided lines, you will not be required to submit documentation for the generations already verified and established with NMDA.  You should still include name, place and date information.  But in the section for Proof indicate the NMDA Membership Number that you are referencing for that generation as follows:  Proof:  NMDA #XXX
